Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Tags attached
• Original condition

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Returns

Return shipping is your responsibility.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot cover items lost in transit.

Once your return arrives and is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or product changes.

Email shop@boudiccaclothing.com with:
• Order number
• Item
• Size or replacement

We will do our best to hold your requested item for 5 days.

If it is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
