How do I choose the right size?

Refer to our table below:

Our size guide is based on the actual measurements of each garment. For the most accurate comparison, lay a similar pajama set you already own flat and compare it with the measurements below.

Please note:

All measurements are in centimeters.

Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat.

These are garment measurements, not body measurements.

Do not multiply the measurements by two when comparing them with another garment laid flat.

Pajama shorts and pants feature highly stretchy elastic waistbands. They stretch well beyond the relaxed waist measurements shown below. For the best comparison, consider both the relaxed waist and hip measurements.
